Medical & Pharmaceutical Delivery

Bloodborne Pathogen training

Learn to recognize and reduce your risks.  This course supports OSHA standards for protecting specimens, avoiding exposure to infectious material, and containing spills.

HIPAA training

This course teaches what delivery drivers who handle medical records and labels need to know about protecting patient privacy – so you can avoid fines and penalties.

FWA training

Satisfies compulsory training for those who provide health-related services to Medicare/Medicaid enrollees to maintain standards for transparency and disclosure.

Combo #1: Violence, Drugs & Alcohol

Choose from six online courses, depending on your needs.  Or take them all.

Violence: 2 course options

Workplace Violence” (20 minutes) shows how to prevent violence in your work and respond safely to aggression.

Coworker Confrontations” (20 minutes with testing) raises awareness of common forms of workplace violence, warning signs, and your responsibilities in preventing incidents.

Drugs and Alcohol: 4 course options

Drugs and Alcohol in the Workplace” (120 minutes with testing) covers the relevant FMCSA regulations, signs and symptoms of drug and alcohol use, and how testing determinations are made. Or you can choose from two shorter, more focused FMCSA-compliant courses:

  • Alcohol in the Workplace” (60 minutes)
  • Drugs in the Workplace” (60 minutes)

Dealing with Drug and Alcohol Abuse” (20 minutes) presents the hazards of substance abuse and how you can avoid them.

Combo #2: Stress and Harassment

Workplace Stress: 

This course looks at the concept of stress management for daily work schedules and entrepreneurial activity.  Learn to better identify stressful situations and how to cope with them (25 minutes).

Harassment: 11 course options 

Anti-Harassment Training“: nine (9) state-specific and one multi-state course (times vary).  Each satisfies state standards for training on inappropriate behavior and unlawful harassment in the workplace, including strategies on how to recognize, prevent, and appropriately report harassment.

“Preventing Sexual Harassment” (20 minutes) provides a shorter overview and shows how to deal with harassment effectively if it occurs.

Home Goods Delivery

Appliance Installation basic

This course demonstrates specialized techniques, common trouble-shooting, and vital customer service skills for success with six types of home appliances.

Appliance Installation complex

Master the intricacies of more complex appliance installation, including double ovens and stovetops, as well as best practices for facility loading and additional customer service techniques.

Furniture Assembly

Secure yourself against damaging your customer’s new furniture or their home.  Learn the techniques of quality, white-glove furniture delivery, customer service, and trouble-shooting.

In-ground Basketball Hoop Installation

Installing these hoops is no slam-dunk without specialized training on best practices, tips and tricks for getting it done right and safely.

Driving Skills Courses

Defensive Driving

Safe driving habits, blind spots, following distances, driving at night, adverse weather conditions, and sharing the road. Time to complete is 60 minutes.

Speed and Stopping Distance*

Know the four actions required to stop a vehicle, and how road, weather, vehicle, and driver condition impact stopping distance. Time to Complete is 60 minutes

Distracted Driving

Avoid physical and environmental distractions while on the road. Identify characteristics of aggressive driving and road rage and how to tell the difference, plus impaired driving behaviors. Time to complete is 30 minutes.

Space Management for Drivers*

Control your following distance and minimize the risks of blind spots. Plus safe backing, navigating intersections, and passing through areas with low overhead clearance. Time to Complete is 30 minutes

Driving Safety Overview (text-based)

Cover all the basics of being a safe driver, from rules of the road to vehicle equipment to the fundamentals of defensive and distracted driving.  Time to complete is 30 minutes.

Aggressive Driving*

Aggressive driving and drivers are dangerous so learn how you can keep safe with strategies for handling encounters and staying calm.  Time to complete is 15 minutes.

Intersections, Turns, Lane Changes*

Learn procedures to make maneuvers like navigating intersections, making turns, and performing lane changes less hazardous.  Time to complete is 15 minutes.

Accident Investigation

Learn to conduct incident investigations, assess preventability, and get an overview of root cause analysis.  Time to complete is 30 minutes.

Distracted Driving (Comm. Vehicles)*

Get familiar with how physical and environmental distractions, as well as driver aggression and impairment, affect stopping ability.  Time to complete 30 minutes.

Work Zone Safety*

Know the hazards of common work zone transition points, common mistakes, and best practices for avoiding accidents in work zones.  Time to complete: 15 minutes.

Driver Wellness Courses

Driver Fatigue*

The dangers, symptoms, and warning signs of driver fatigue, natural sleep patterns, and how to manage and control fatigue. Time to complete is 30 minutes.

Slip, Trip, and Fall Prevention

How to avoid, rectify, and prevent potential slip, trip, and fall hazards in the workplace. Also strategies to eliminate slip, trip, and fall hazards. Time to complete is 15 minutes.

Heat Stress Prevention

Information on causes of heat stress and heat illness, and prevention measures. Time to complete is 30 minutes.

Health and Wellness

Make informed decisions about diet, exercise and lifestyle choices to impact your health and quality of life. Time to complete is 90 minutes.

Drugs in the Workplace (FMCSA)

Covers FMCSA regulations for the use of drugs in the workplace: classes of prohibited drugs, drug use signs, reasonable suspicion, and testing. Time to complete is 60 minutes.

Hours of Service Rules*

Outlines the hours of service rules, including the sleep regulation cycle, shift and rest break requirements, the restart rule, and record-keeping. Time to complete is 30 minutes.

Cargo & Warehouse Safety Courses

Back Injury Prevention

Increase your skill at safe lifting. Gain information on the importance of technique, the causes of back injuries and discomfort, proper posture, lifting techniques, and injury prevention. Time to complete is 30 minutes.

Loading Dock Safety

Helps drivers identify potential risks associated with loading docks and wheel chocks, and best practices in loading dock safety. Time to complete is 30 minutes.

Cargo Securement*

The North American Cargo Securement Standard for securing cargo, types of securement systems, and necessary inspections. Time to complete is 30 minutes.

Hazardous Materials Training (DOT)

How to load, unload, block, brace, segregate, and/or transport hazmat, plus proper classifying, paperwork, packaging and labeling. Time to complete: 75 minutes.

Forklift Operations

Gain awareness of types of powered industrial trucks, safe driving and loading, and principles of stability and load capacity. Time to complete is 45 minutes.

Vehicle Care Courses

Driver Preparedness

How to conduct a vehicle safety inspection and assess hazards, how to properly check and use vehicle safety systems and gear, emergency items to have, and emergency safety steps. Time to complete is 30 minutes.

Tire Repair Safety

How to safely repair car and light truck tires: determining repairability, inspection steps, and procedures for safe puncture repair. Time to complete is 20 minutes.

Battery Charging & Jump Starting

Guidelines for safely charging batteries and jump starting vehicles: hazards, correct procedures, PPE, and storage and handling.  Time to complete: 20 minutes.

Photographing Accidents*

Best practices for documenting an accident scene. Elements that should be photographed. Steps to take after a motor vehicle accident. Time to complete is 30 minutes.
