A Busy Day!
Tuesday was busy day for the Association. We welcomed new members from Maryland and California, and we smoothed out some bumps in the road as far as applying for Occupational Accident insurance is concerned. It’s all good now, and we even made it shorter!
Today saw the launch of an FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) feature to the site. It displays as a button on the home page and a link in the footer of every page. We can easily update this with new questions and answers, and we will in the days to come!
One question that was answered before the FAQ went live was what to do when you are paying with someone else’s charge card (hopefully WITH their permission!). Now we give you a space to put in the card holder’s name instead assuming it’s you.
Another complaint we heard was that it was difficult to find your Member Profile to make changes. That’s because it was “hiding” behind the “Signup” tab drivers use to join the Association and become members. Now, when you log in, the Signup tab changes names and becomes the Member Profile tab. Problem solved!
Keep up the feedback. Your Association is only as good as you make it! Our MVR ordering service should be launching any day now, and cargo insurance is coming soon too!
