500 Ways to Jump-Start a Delivery Business
Does your company belong to one or more delivery industry trade associations? Not surprisingly, we at A4DD think that belonging to associations pays off. Now, though, you could be also missing out on a good opportunity to recruit drivers.
As part of A4DD’s efforts to recruit more delivery drivers to the industry, we have launched a service that connects drivers to trade association websites, like CLDA, ECA, AEMCA, NHDA, and even state associations. There, they can find and connect with members in their area doing the kinds of work they are interested in doing.
We have found that many new delivery drivers and gig drivers are barely aware of “traditional” delivery companies and wind up on load boards and highly advertised gig sites instead of in your recruiting office. Our message is simple: “Don’t overlook the hundreds of delivery companies that are eager to contract work out to dedicated independent delivery drivers like you.”
