A4DD makes it easy for drivers to share certificates of insurance.  Many delivery companies require drivers to have insurance – for occupational injuries, cargo damage, auto accidents, etc.  A4DD offers great insurance benefits at rock-bottom prices.  And certificates of insurance are included.

Ordering proof of insurance is a breeze with A4DD.  Drivers don’t have to reach anybody on the phone.  They simply visit A4DD.org and go to Member Benefits > Insurance > Proof of Insurance.  We even provide illustrated step-by-step instructions in our Help Center, which is located under the Driver Resources menu.

As a bonus, if drivers join A4DD using your delivery company’s Contracting Company Code (CCC), then you automatically receive a certificate of insurance whenever they enroll in an A4DD insurance program.  You don’t have to lift a finger.

Certificates are emailed out – with a copy to the driver – within 24 hours.  We even accommodate “rush” orders.  For a $9.99 fee these orders are processed as soon as possible (typically within two hours).

NOTE on members with “PART-TIME” status:  If drivers select “part-time” status when joining the association, they can only order a certificate of insurance for their one primary contracting company. If insurance is needed to cover work for multiple companies with proof of insurance to all of them, drivers need to change their member status to “full-time”. Drivers can do that using our site’s Contact Us form.  For the Subject, they should select “Change My Status”.
