A4DD makes it easy to send out certificates of insurance.  Many delivery companies require drivers to have insurance – for occupational injuries, cargo damage, auto accidents, etc.  A4DD offers great insurance benefits at rock-bottom prices.  And certificates of insurance are included.

Ordering proof of insurance is a breeze with A4DD and does not require reaching anybody on the phone.  To order a certificate of insurance you simply visit A4DD.org and go to Member Benefits > Insurance > Proof of Insurance.  We even provide illustrated step-by-step instructions in our Help Center, which is located under the Driver Resources menu. 

As a bonus, if you joined A4DD using a delivery company’s Contracting Company Code (CCC), then that company will automatically receive a certificate of insurance from you whenever you enroll in an A4DD insurance program.  You don’t have to lift a finger.

Certificates are emailed to the companies you specify – with a copy to you – within 24 hours.  We even accommodate “rush” orders.  For a $9.99 fee these orders are processed as soon as possible (typically within two hours).

NOTE for members with “PART-TIME” status:  If you select “part-time” status when joining the association, you can only order a certificate of insurance for your primary contracting company. If you want your insurance to cover your work for multiple companies and get proof of insurance out to all of them, you need to change your member status to “full-time”. You can do that using our site’s Contact Us form.  For the Subject, just select “Change My Status”.
